As a health coach, these are the questions I constantly come across from my clients who are working moms. Women trying to get a grip on their health. Women who work long hours and have a family.

Yes, our lives are filled with juggling work, responsibility and family; but, with help and direction, you can attain good health.

As your health coach, I am all about weeding out the chaos and noise in your busy life and set up the blueprint for making health your way of life. Healthy living is a lifestyle choice that everyone should strive to achieve. Taking care of yourself from the inside out is really the best way make you feel physically and mentally alive.

 

Finding that elusive work-life balance is what we need to achieve both physical and mental health. With my help, we can find it together.

 

We can dive into practicing mindful and intuitive eating, while paying more attention to your emotions, surroundings and actions.

I will motivate and hold you accountable, get into your ‘WHY” and gain clarity on your goals.  We will do it together, as a team.
